1. V-FIT Privacy Policy

1. Overview

V-FIT ("we," "us," or "our") provides an AI-driven digital wardrobe and virtual try-on service. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and disclose your information. By using V-FIT, you consent to the practices described herein.

2. Data We Collect

Account Information: Email, name, and profile preferences provided during registration.
Visual Data (Photos): Images you upload for (a) Digitizing clothing and (b) Virtual Try-On sessions.
Metadata: Information about your clothing (brand, material, color, purchase date, and frequency of use).
Usage Data: How you interact with the app, features used, and session duration.

3. Biometric & Physical Data Processing (The "Body Photo" Rule)

To provide our Virtual Try-On feature, our AI analyzes physical attributes (silhouette, height, and proportions) from the photos you provide.

Processing: Body photos are processed solely to generate the virtual overlay. This processing occurs in encrypted, volatile memory.
Non-Retention: V-FIT does not store your raw body photos on our permanent servers. Once the AI generation is complete, the raw body image is permanently deleted. We do not use your physical likeness for facial recognition, marketing, or any purpose other than your active session.

4. Clothing Data & Data Monetization

Unlike personal body photos, the data regarding your garments is handled differently:

Digitized Inventory: We store and analyze the metadata of the clothing items you add to your "Digital Closet."
Anonymization & Sale: We reserve the right to aggregate and anonymize this clothing data (e.g., "Users in London are 30% more likely to wear linen in June").
Business Transfers: We may share or sell this de-identified, aggregated trend data to third-party fashion retailers, market research firms, or advertisers. This data never contains your name, email, or physical likeness.

5. Data Storage & Security

We use industry-standard AES-256 encryption for data at rest and TLS/SSL for data in transit. While no system is 100% secure, we implement rigorous "Privacy by Design" principles to protect your information.

6. Your Rights (GDPR/CCPA)

Depending on your location, you have the right to:

Access the personal data we hold about you.
Request the deletion of your account and wardrobe metadata.
Opt-out of the "sale" of your anonymized clothing data via the "Privacy Settings" in the app.

1. The Agreement

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and V-FIT. By accessing the app, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Eligibility & Conduct

You must be at least 13 years of age (or 16 in certain EU jurisdictions).

Prohibited Content: You are strictly prohibited from uploading photos containing nudity, sexually explicit content, violence, or any imagery that violates local laws. V-FIT uses automated moderation; accounts uploading such content will be terminated immediately without a refund.

3. User Content License

You retain ownership of the photos you upload. However, you grant V-FIT a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:

Use your clothing photos to train and improve our style-recognition algorithms.
Process your body photos for the duration of a session to provide the Virtual Try-On service.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

Premium Tiers: Access to "Unlimited AI Try-Ons" and "Advanced Style Rules" requires a subscription.
Billing: All transactions are processed via the Apple App Store. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled 24 hours before the period ends.
Refunds: In accordance with Apple's policy, all refund requests must be processed through Apple Support.

5. Intellectual Property

The V-FIT brand, logo, AI models, and "Styling Logic" algorithms are the exclusive property of V-FIT. You may not reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract the source code of our AI models.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

V-FIT is provided "as is." While our AI is state-of-the-art, we do not guarantee:

100% accuracy in the fit or color representation of virtual garments.
Uninterrupted service during server maintenance or AI processing peaks.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, V-FIT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app or any fashion purchases made based on AI recommendations.
